I Thought "The Hulk" Rocked!

Look - I'll be quite honest. The Hulk (or Hulk, which is its official title) was nothing out of the ordinary. It was also a bit on the long side at two and a half hours.
But still - they did a pretty good job of it, seeing how excited the world was to see it on the big screen!
Eric Bana did a great job as Bruce Banner, and the computerised Hulk wasn't anywhere near as bad as the reviews said it would be.
In the long run, pretty damned okay. I gave it 6/10.

Helen had her surprise baby shower today, which she loved - thankfully. She had no idea what was happening, so I think Bub's efforts were very much appreciated.

In escaping the house of estrogen, I hid at the Fulton's where we stayed until the very small hours of the morning, talking in the kitchen (again! What is it with us and kitchen-sitting?) and watching numerous DVDs.
The alcohol must have been flowing, as by midnight, Anthony, Karen, Kearo and I were watching the very very old (jurassic) video of Barred Reality jamming at Wilson Street in 1990. Fortunately, the scotch doona seems to have erased most of that from my memory.

Collingwood won again, thrashing North Melbourne. We might just be back in the hunt here...
