Early this morning a young girl ran into a car at Umina beach caravan park. The car stopped at a corner to see if there were cars coming when the little girl turned left straight into the car. She then was upset and went back to her cabin. The 9 year old girls family was told they had to pay for repairs which the man who was driving the car at the time said was about $1200. The mother of the little girl complained about the man as she said he shouldn’t have parked his car there. The man told the caravan park that he was waiting for a car, the girl ran into him he didn’t run in to the girl. The woman who complained was fined $800 for not telling the truth and accusing the man for something he didn’t do. Overall the family was fined $2000 and the woman blames it on her daughter. The 9 year old is now forced to do chores until she has enough pocket money to pay the bills.
Lorikeets have been quite popular to feed in the last 9 days with many children and adults feeding these cute birds all their leftovers. In return the birds perch themselves on the person with food and nibble away. A woman has been fined $2000 after she complained about a little 5 year old girl who apparently stole her bird off her shoulder. The 5 year olds mother said that the woman had no food left and the lorikeet left her to get the food from her daughter. The woman had went to reception and told the manager about this awful thing and the manager didn’t do anything about it. The woman went to the police to put in a complaint but she was fined $800 for her nonsense, at the cost of her fines she could have easily bought her own lorikeet.
A daughter is suffering after her parents took away the light from her window after building an outdoor area right in front of it. The parents have been fined $400 each as they gave both of their other children a window but not their middle child.
